prices. Minimum opening order is $250.00.

Most
individual orders, particularly if engraved,
are made and shipped out within 5
to 10 days. Wholesale or corporate orders or
other custom projects may take 3 to 4 weeks depending on
the design and quantity. Rush orders can be
expedited for an extra fee. For any corporate and
event projects, there is no charge for design consultation, but development of
ideas, designs,
renderings or samples will usually be charged a fee
whether or not the project gets the
"green light" to go into production. Photos of the proposed
parts or materials
or a rendering or finished sample of the art piece
will be created for you prior to production for your approval. A deposit of at least 50% of the
order total is required
upon approval
of the project. The remainder of the total is due before
or upon delivery of the finished product. Prices
determined
based on parts and labor time.

satisfied you may exchange or return the product
for a refund* (less shipping - unless product
was damaged or defective) within 21 days of your purchase.
