Domestic and international orders
are accepted here online via PayPal anytime or Google Checkout
(by request).
Just click on the "add to cart" button below the product
that you would like to order. When you have
finished shopping just click on "view shopping cart" and it will take you
through the secure checkout process where you can use
a credit card to make a purchase. You will receive a confirmation by email that your
order was received and processed.
Shipping and handling costs for international orders will
be invoiced separately.

You
may pay online through

or mail a money order or check (see address above). After your order total has been determined. You
will then receive a confirmation by email that your order was
received and processed. Payment will be required before
the order is started and shipped. Questions or

Steven's artwork is usually made to order but a small inventory is maintained
during the holiday season. Regular orders
generally take up to 5 business days to complete before shipping. Orders can also be placed ahead of time and
shipped to you later for a special occasion such
as a birthday, graduation, anniversary or
holiday gift. Rush orders and express shipping are available for an additional
cost. Products are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx
or USPS Priority Mail within the United States.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes, a street
address is required.
International shipping:
If you would like to place an international
order, please first send an email to get a quote shipping
and handling cost. Shipping and handling costs for
international orders will be charged manually to your credit
card. The buyer is responsible for paying for any duties
and taxes at customs. In addition, a $10.00
processing fee will be added to all international orders.
CUSTOM Orders and Special Projects:
Please
allow up to 2 weeks for
individual custom orders or engraving and longer for
large orders, depending on whether its a
special project started from scratch or a customized project based on
Steven's current designs. For corporate and other
projects, a design consultation is free, but development of
design ideas, renderings or samples will be charged a fee but
would be applied to the total cost of the project if it gets the
"green light" to go ahead. Photos of the proposed parts or
materials or a rendering or finished sample of the art piece
will be created for you prior to production for your approval.
A deposit of at least 50% of the total is required upon approval
of the project. The remainder of the total is due before
or upon delivery of the finished product. Prices vary
based on parts and labor time. Custom orders are non
refundable*.

If you are
not completely satisfied with the product you may exchange it
or return it for a refund (minus shipping
and handling - unless product was damaged or
defective) within 21 days of your purchase. Products
received after 21 days will be subject to a 25% restocking
charge. Products
returned after 60 days will only be accepted at our discretion
for a store credit.
In addition, our clock components have a 10 year warranty
and we will replace the component for free if it fails before
that time. *No refunds are given for custom
made products, but all efforts will be made
to ensure your satisfaction ahead of time. Cancellation
policy: You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipment by email
or phone with the exception of custom made
orders that are already in progress.
